In Theater II, the Space Shuttle roars to a launch, setting the stage for the dramatic and up-beat finale which will play out as the vehicles return to Theater I The plume from the shuttle launch fills the screen in the Theater II, as the center screen rises to allow the Traveling Theater to pass back into Theater I. In the distance, a brilliant burst of light shines off the mirrored walls of Theater I. Looking back at Theater II from the open show door, we can see the Energy Information Center monitors in the distance. Above is part of the mirrored wall of Theater I, reflecting the computer-generated finale imagery. The sun rises over Theater I, reflecting brilliant colors on the mirrored walls. The Finale nears its climax, with the launch of a rocket on the Apex screen. As the rocket roars into space, it leaves a trail of light in a brilliant, exploding starburst pattern. The curtains lower, again covering the Apex screen and mirrored walls of Theater I. At the same moment, a rousing instrumental score of "The Universe of Energy" plays as guests gather their belongings and exit the theater.
